Mother Wamble relocated to Orlando, FL in 2001. She became a faithful member of God’s Healing Prophetic Ministries, and later earned her place on the Mother Board of the church. Because of God’s bountiful blessings and her love of cooking, she realized her dream of owning her own restaurant, J & K Catering, which specialized in delectable soul food dishes. Combining her love for the Lord and her passion for cooking, Joann was also overjoyed in paying it forward by establishing her own ministry of feeding the homeless in her community.
To know Mother Wamble was to love her. In addition to her ministry, she was also gratified in spreading joy to others with her “life of the party” personality that best described her daily interactions with everyone. This was also evident with her signature attire of bold, bright colors, amazingly striking hats and boots of all styles and descriptions, and her stunning jewelry pieces that were both eye-catching and conversation starters.
Mother Wamble answered the Master’s call and transitioned to her eternal home on Saturday, June 12, 2021. She is at peace; her soul is at rest. There is no need for tears, for your love she was so blessed for all those years. Although her loved ones’ hearts are heavy, they can celebrate her life and find comfort in knowing that she is with the Lord.
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Forever in the hearts of her loved ones who will cherish her precious memory are her loving husband: Louis Wamble of Orlando, FL; children: Shanton (Alicia) Edwards of Perry, FL, Otis (Bianca) Robinson and Shawrita Robinson, all of Orlando, FL; grandchildren: Kaydence Edwards, Azaria Reddick, O’tavia Robinson, Javonte Robinson, Brayden Richards, and Brynlei Richards; father: Woodrow Edwards of Bradenton, FL; siblings: Annie (Charles) Bridges, and Evone (Derrick) Williams, all of Bradenton, FL, Sharon (Byron) Wilson of Orlando, FL, and Bruce Edwards of Sarasota, FL; along with many other sorrowing relatives, friends, and hosts of those she lovingly served.
Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to the Edwards-Wamble Family, with love, care and uncompromising dignity, by Jamarien “J.P.” Moore of Madison, Florida (850-973-6677).
