National Security: Debate

I recall watching the first presidential debate in 1960 between Richard Nixon and John Kennedy with my dad. I was 12. Since then, I’ve watched nearly all the debates, some more memorable than others. I have never seen anything approaching the June 27 debate, between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. It was a wipeout. Biden did not appear, sound like or answer in a presidential manner.
