National Security: Service
I often wear a ballcap that identifies me as a Vietnam War veteran. Fifty years ago, I wouldn’t have done that, but times have changed and I’m proud of my service. Often, strangers will thank me for my service, to which I kindly return their thanks. Rarely do people take the next step and ask me what I did during the war. That’s okay, but I am happy to tell them if asked.
