New Town Manager and Town Clerk hired in Greenville

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com After several months of individuals serving in an “interim” capacity, Greenville now has a permanent Town Manager. Dr. Victoria Kingston was selected by a unanimous vote of the Greenville Town Council to take on the town’s top administrative job. The decision to hire Dr. Kingston came during the regular meeting of the Greenville Town Council on Monday, Feb. 17. Dr. Kingston’s contract will run through the end of the current fiscal year, Sept
