North Florida Community College (NFCC) will hold its “SENTINEL KICK-OFF” New Student Orientation session on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in the NFCC Fine Arts Auditorium (Bldg. 10). All new and transfer students who began classes this summer or will begin classes during Fall Term 2016 at NFCC are required to attend orientation.
“This is a great opportunity for students to meet our faculty and staff, to become more acquainted with our campus and to explore all the opportunities and services that NFCC has to offer students,” said Philip Wilkerson, Director of Recruitment, Advising and Retention at NFCC. “Orientation also offers new students the opportunity to network with their peers and to start building new friendships and acquaintances.”
Advanced registration is required. Orientation is mandatory for all new NFCC students. Register online at http://www.nfcc.edu/getting-started/admissions/orientation/index or contact the NFCC Office of Recruitment, Advising and Retention at (850) 973-1737 for more information. Fall Term 2016 begins Aug. 24.
