Nicole Grace Blair Surles, age 25, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021. She was born on Aug. 2, 1995 in Tallahassee, Fla. to Clay and Donna Blair, of Madison. In November of 2017, she married the love of her life, Justin Robert Surles.
Nicole was a source of joy and she encouraged everyone she came in contact with. To know her was to love her. She took pride in her family and dedicated her life to her husband and children, embracing every moment with them.
Nicole had a passion for working with children and one day dreamed of opening her own daycare. She spent her days homeschooling her daughters, caring for children and completing her degree at North Florida College.
Nicole is survived by her husband, Justin Surles, of Cherry Lake; three daughters: Leighton Surles, Ashlynn Morin and Everlee Surles, of Cherry Lake; parents, Clay and Donna Blair, of Madison; sister: Chastity Lairson (Ben), of Fort Sill, Okla.; sister-in-law, Jennifer Raines (Michael), of Cherry Lake; father and mother-in-law, Bobby and Karen Surles, of Cherry Lake; grandfather, Bobby Wright, of Montezuma, Ga.; nieces and nephews: Autumn and Jeremiah Lairson of Okla.; Whitney, Caden, Caleb and Chad Raines, of Cherry Lake; and bonus sister and niece, Ashleigh and Ava Singletary, of Madison.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Sandra Wright; paternal grandparents, Wiley and Sadie Blair.
Nicole and her unborn son, Sawyer Robert Surles, passed away together.
Graveside services will be held at Cherry Lake Baptist on Sunday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m.
