NIL discussed at school board meeting

Rick Patrick  rick@greenepublishing.com During the regular meeting of the Madison County School Board on Monday, Aug. 12, Madison County High School (MCHS) Head Football Coach spoke to the board about the recently approved “name, image and likeness (NIL)” bylaw change made by the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) and approved by the state Board of Education. The ruling allows high school students to make money on their “name, image and likeness (NIL).” According to
