Charles Livingston, 59, went home on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Charles was born in Monticello, but he grew up in Greenville, Fl. He married his wife, Sandra, in 1980, and together they raised their two daughters in Monticello. He was a mechanic for 36 years and an employee of Duke Energy. He was a member of New Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Tallahassee. He leaves to celebrate his life and legacy, his wife of 35 years, Sandra Livingston; two daughters: Charlette Livingston (Tampa, Fl.) and Lachara Livingston (Richmond, Va.); two brothers: Melvin (Janet) Jones (Atlanta, Ga.) and Carl (Lexy) Livingston (Jacksonville, Fl.); four sisters: Robin Henderson (Greenville, Fl.), Renetta Jones (Orlando, Fl.), Roxanne Livingston (Tallahassee, Fl.) and Tanya Livingston (Tallahassee, Fl.); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Timothy Livingston and William Livingston, and his parents, Elargie Livingston and Doris Jones. A wake will be held from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., on Friday, July 3, at Tillman Funeral Home in Monticello, Fl. The service will begin at 11 a.m., on July 4, at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville, Fl. He will be laid to rest following the service at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Madison, Fl.
