Michael Eugene Warren passed away Monday, August 3, after courageously battling cancer for a year and a half.
A memorial service will be held at Beggs Funeral Home, Madison Chapel at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 8.
He was born to Mary Inez (Oxendine) and Schley J. Warren, Sr., on March 26, 1948.
He was predeceased by his parents: Inez and Schley J. Warren, Sr.; sister, Edwina Warren Laney; brothers: Schley J. Warren, Jr. and Lowell Thomas “Tommy” Warren.
He attended school in Greenville, Florida, graduating from Greenville High School. Mike served in the U.S. Air Force later working in the field of construction.
He is survived by two sisters: Betty Warren Bullock of Monticello and Ruth Ann Wheeler (Eugene) of Keystone Heights, one brother, Alan Wesley Warren of Greenville, a sister-in-law, Lorraine Warren of Greenville and a number of nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and grand nephews, all who will miss his quick smile and pleasant disposition.
