Nelson A. Pryor: Guest Columnist Judge has squashed Big Bend's “Home Rule,” or at least he thinks he has. Yes, Judge J. Lee Marsh of the Florida 2nd Circuit Court has issued a Congressional redistricting ruling meant to shake up the Big Bend Community.  Due to the census count of 2020, Florida was entitled to an additional Congressman.
