Pine Trace Farm Alpacas specializes in alpaca sales, breeding, fleece and fleece products. The owner, Marisa Bryant is working on developing her alpaca farm business.
Bryant's primary focus is on fleece and their products, which includes raw fleece to finished products such as scarves, mitts; etc. People who knit and/or crochet are the most interested in her yarn. Some people also prefer to use her cleaned and combed fiber to spin their own yarn.
Bryant has two males available for breeding. All of her herd is registered and her primary herd sire was Georgia State Medium Fawn Champion several years ago. She does sell animals as well, she has one young female available at this time. Bryant also has alpaca manure for sale, from small quantities for house and ornamental plants, to tractor bucket loads. The alpaca's manure is a “cold” manure and can be used without need to compost.
When asked why Bryant loves alpacas, she stated, “Alpacas are lovely animals, they are quite easy to maintain and upkeep.”
