A celebration of life of Mrs. Renee Dianne McKinney Combs-Davis, 65, who entered rest on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, March 14, 2020. The service will take place at Pineland Missionary Baptist Church, located at 205 SE Old County Camp Rd., in Madison, Fla.
Renee Dianne McKinney Combs-Davis was born in Monticello, Fla., a daughter of the late Irene and Johnny McKinney. She was a retired school teacher in Madison County and a proud graduate of Florida A&M University. She was a community activist, faithful church member and entrepreneur. She was a daughter, sister, mother and loving wife. She was very compassionate about her family and others.
She is survived by her loving husband, Minister Kenneth Davis, of Madison, Fla.; two sons: Phillip James Combs Jr. (Courtney) and Kendrick Isom, of Tallahassee, Fla.; two daughters: Quineria Hines (Aarron) and Denecqwa Jackson (LaNorris), of Tallahassee, Fla.; and 17 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on the day of the service. A repast will follow the service at Genesis Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2062 NE Colin Kelly Hwy., in Madison. In lieu of flowers, send monetary donations in honor of Renee Dianne McKinney Combs-Davis to Cooks and Cooper Funeral Home.
