Richard Walter Williams, age 65, died Tuesday, April 7, at South Georgia Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 10 at 11 a.m., at Lee United Methodist Church, Lee. He was born April 16, 1949 in Madison, where he lived all his life. He was a member of #224 American Legion, Madison Elks and the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment. He spent summers in Alaska and winters in Lee. He was a member of Lee United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Vivian Williams, of Lee; one stepson, Justin Fralix, of Gainesville; one stepdaughter, Jessica Fralix, of Madison; one brother, Gary Williams, of O’Brien, Fl.; two sisters: Carolyn Bibelhauser, of Louisville, Ky., and Rada Chesser, of Palatka, Fl.
