Rutha May Demps Livingston “Lil Sister”

Mrs. Rutha Mae Demps was born to the late James J.C. and Ora Lee Demps, Sr. on February 17, 1950 in Monticello, Fl. She attended Greenville Training School in Greenville, Fl. and later attended North Florida Junior College in Madison, Fl. for CNA. She was united in holy matrimony to Isreal Livingston, Jr. on November 3, 1972. On Saturday, May 9, Rutha was ushered into the eternal presence of the Lord. Cherishing her memories are a husband, Isreal Livingston, Jr.; two loving daughters: Lavonnia Hatcher (Joseph) and LaEbony Livingston; one son, Isreal Livingston, II; her siblings: JoAnn Demps, Cora Demps, Glynaveous Powell, Ruby Noble (William), Clarese Wallace, Richard Demps (Robin) and Bud Elmo Demps; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends. Hagan & Bradwell Funeral Service, 175 N. Railroad St., Monticello, Fl., (850) 997-1300 is in charge of the arrangements. A viewing will be held on Friday, May 15, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hagan & Bradwell Funeral Service in Monticello. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16, at 11 a.m., at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Greenville, Fl.
