Special Olympics pickleball season begins soon

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com The registration for the Special Olympics Madison County 2024 Pickleball season begins on Saturday, June 8.  Special Olympics is a competitive sports program for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are at least eight-years-old. The sport of pickleball is similar to tennis, but is played on a smaller court. There is no playing experience necessary to register. Any equipment and instruction will be provided to athletes at no cost.
