Chef Art Smith is making his way back to Madison with the Sustainable Seafood Conversation, on Saturday, March 3, at the Wardlaw-Smith Mansion.
Chef Smith and the Reunion Organization is bringing one of America's leaders in sustainable aquaculture to you, your family, and friends. You'll have the chance to experience exhibits, an insightful presentation, eat America's best oysters, mingle with experts to learn more over refreshments, and a few more exciting surprises all against the backdrop of one of Florida's greatest historical estates. The event is led by the Panacea Oyster Co-op.
While the Wardlaw-Smith Mansion is large, the rooms are deceivingly small, therefore tickets are limited, though available to everyone free in this family-friendly and educational environment. The event will take place on Saturday, March 3, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Reunion Center's headquarters, the Wardlaw-Smith Mansion, located at 121 NW Marion St., in Madison.
Tickets can be reserved at eventbrite.com. For more information, contact Reunion Organization at info@reunionfl.org.
