Thanksgiving recipe swap: Corn Casserole
Recipe sent in by Jenny Starling.
Ingredients:
• 2 cans whole kernel corn undrained
• 2 cans cream corn
• 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
• 1 8 oz tub sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix all ingredients together well.
• Bake for 45 - 55 minutes (or longer depending on the depth of your dish).
