Thanksgiving recipe swap: Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 4 large eggs
• 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, in its own juice
• 5 slices potato bread
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
• Place the butter, sugar and salt in a large bowl, and cream tog
