The Great Pumpkin Patch, hosted by the Madison Church of God in connection with “Pumpkinpatchusa,” comes to Madison on Thursday, Oct. 12 and will continue through Wednesday, Nov. 1. The Great Pumpkin Patch will open for pre-school tours and elementary school field trips beginning October 12. The tours and field trips will be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. The hours of operation of the Great Pumpkin Patch will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. It will be open on Wednesdays from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
There will be a variety of different sizes of pumpkins with prices ranging from $.50 to $3 and up for bulk pumpkins.
The theme for this year’s pumpkin patch will be the “Peanuts” characters, and your family can come and take photos with Snoopy, Charlie Brown and the rest of the “Peanuts” gang. The Great Pumpkin Patch will have a fall festival with games and activities on Saturday, Oct. 28 beginning at 10 a.m.
