Thomas E. “Tom” Kisamore, age 61, gained his angel wings and entered into the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
Tom never met a stranger. He loved his family and loved the Lord. Tom loved his wife of 40 years and was the best example of a loving father to his two girls. His pride and joy were his girls and his family.
Tom had a vast knowledge of dirt work, land clearing, and operating heavy equipment. He loved to play on the “Big Yellow Toys.” He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to go hunting and fishing. He loved to work on his trucks in the backyard, garden and his citrus trees. He found peace being outside in God’s creation. He leaves behind so many cherished memories full of love and laughter.
Tom was employed by Allen Excavating in Tallahassee, as a Heavy Equipment Operator/CDL Truck Driver. He also worked for the Jefferson County Road Department as Superintendent and the Jefferson County Correctional Institution as a Maintenance Superintendent, Correctional Officer and Vocational Instructor, which he retired from in July 2024.
