Time to light-up Lee for the holiday season

Leah Androski reporter@greenepublishing.com The time has approached for the Christmas-Lighting Contest in the Town of Lee.  Eligible contestants include anyone who is on the Lee Utility System and lives within the Lee city limits. There will be first, second and third place cash prizes awarded for having the best decorated houses for the holiday season. The first place winner will receive $50, second place $30 and third place $20.  On Friday, Dec. 20, Mayor James Ruzicka will be dr
