Two young men were seriously injured, and transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital after a single vehicle collision into a tree, last week.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) report, on Wednesday, Nov. 23 at approximately 10:58 a.m., a 2007 Toyota Camry, driven by Kenneth Green, 17, of Orange Park, Fl. was traveling westbound on Interstate 10 in the inside westbound lane.
The vehicle traveled across the outside westbound lane and onto the northern shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle then continued traveling in a northwesterly direction and the front of the vehicle collided with a tree. The vehicle came to a final rest facing north on the northern shoulder of Interstate 10.
Both the driver and the passenger, Charles Green, 22, of Orange Park, Fl. were transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
FHP was assisted by Madison County EMS, Madison Fire Rescue, and Greenville Volunteer Fire Department.
