On Monday, June 15, friends, family and coaches gathered at Madison County High School to witness Coddrick Griffin and Trey Livingston sign scholarships to play basketball at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Ala. The boys thanked their parents and coaches and asserted how their time at Madison County High School and the mentoring they received from coaches, administrators and parents helped them to achieve their goals. Griffin thanked Livingston for being a great teammate and added he was excited to play with him again. Coach Allen Demps is proud of his players, reminding them, “Put school first and basketball second.” It is certain the Huntingdon Hawks will soar with the addition of two Cowboys.
