Do you want to play basketball against former Harlem Globetrotters? Now is your chance at Down Home Days. The 3 on 3 tournament to qualify to play against former Harlem Globetrotters is set for Thursday, April 16 at 4 p.m. in the Madison County Central School gym. There will be five divisions: Jr. Division (3rd-5th grade), Middle Division (6th-8th grade), High School Division (9th-11th grade), Adult Division (over 18) and Special Needs Division. Winners of each division will play in the Championship 3 on 3 game against former Harlem Globetrotters. Free admission for spectators. There is a $25 registration fee per team with a maximum of four players with an adult coach. The Championship 3 on 3 game against three former Harlem Globetrotters is Friday April 17 at 7 p.m. in the Madison County Central School gym. Admission is $10 per persons ages four and up. The former Harlem Globetrotters Celebrity vs. Seniors All-Star Game is Saturday, April 18 at 7 p.m. in the Madison County Central School gym. Senior student basketball players from Madison, Jefferson, Taylor, Lafayette, Suwannee and Hamilton County High Schools will play against the three former Harlem Globetrotters that have teamed up with community adults. Community men and women who want to play on the celebrity team may do so with a business sponsor and $250. The team is limited to 20 players.
