Junior Auxiliary is offering two scholarships to Madison students. The NFCC Scholarship is worth up to $1,500. To apply for this one you must be a high school senior, a resident of Madison County, plan to attend NFCC, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be involved in the community or volunteer. Applicants must submit a cover letter, high school transcripts and three letters of reference. The Vocational Scholarship is worth $500. To apply you must be a Madison County resident, have an acceptance letter to an area vocational school, three letters of acceptance, and in 200 words or less introduce yourself and provide reasons for choosing this profession and the motivation to pursue this program of study. The deadline to apply is Friday May 8. Applications can be obtained through school counselors, at NFCC or by contacting a Junior Auxiliary member.
