Logan Paige Shelley, 22, of Pinetta and her passenger, 23-year-old Kyle Ryan Naville, of Valdosta, Ga., were killed in a fatal wreck, in Valdosta, Ga. The wreck occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 4:10 p.m., just north of the Wild Adventures entrance on Old Clyattville Road. According to Georgia State Patrol reports, Jeremy Carter, 34, of Valdosta, Ga. was traveling north on Old Clyattville Road while Shelley was traveling southbound. Carter was attempting to pass a school bus in his F-150 when he collided head-on with the Mustang Shelley was driving. Shelley and Naville died at the scene and Carter was transported to South Georgia Medical Center in serious condition. Reports show that the school bus did not have any students on board at the time of the incident. Georgia State Patrol is still investigating the crash. It is undetermined at this time whether charges will be filed against Carter.
