What to plant in January

Although cooler weather will be around for a few weeks, there are several plants one can add to their vegetable garden in January. According to the plant experts at the University of Florida/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) many varieties can be transplanted or grown from seeds during January.
