William “Bill” Rabon

William "Bill" Rabon was born on January 5, 1953, to parents W.L. and Frances Rabon. He grew up in Monticello, Fla., with his siblings Wanda, Johnny and Sherry. Bill completed his education at Jefferson County High School before pursuing further studies at the University of Florida. Bill dedicated the last 49 years of his life to his marriage with Carlene Smith Rabon, from Madison, Fla. Together, they nurtured their family, raising two sons, William “Will” L.
