The Middle Florida Baptist Association held their WMU Rally on Thursday, Nov. 12 at Cherry Lake Baptist Church. Over 160 people attended. At the rally, anyone who participated in Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes were asked to bring their packed shoeboxes for collection. A grand total of 1,608 shoe boxes were collected. $88 of World Crafts gifts were sold, with two churches anticipating a Christmas party. Those who attended were challenged by the speakers to support the Florida Baptist Children's Home as well as international missions. A total of $184.25 was collected as offerings. WMU Rally was a great success!
