The Youth Culinary Club is a club that is exclusive to 4-H members. It teaches the children basic culinary skills needed to cook safely. Recently, they have done less cooking in lieu of COVID concerns. However, they have been doing other lessons such as knife safety while simultaneously teaching proper cutting techniques. The club meets every fourth Thursday of the month at 4:30 p.m., at the Madison County Extension Office. They will occasionally meet at other locations for special lessons. Recently, they met at Cucinella's and made their own pizzas.
Anyone interested in joining the Madison 4-H Club can contact Beth Moore at the Madison County Extension Office by calling (850) 973-4138.
