St. John's Missionary Baptist Church held their “Zoomerang” Vacation Bible School (VBS) on Sunday, June 5. The week-long festivities concluded on Friday, June 10. There were plenty of activities, races, crafts, skits, singing, dancing and much more.
As always, the kids enjoyed great Bible lessons that helped them focus on the true values of life, and they were led by an energetic crew of volunteers who made each night a memorable occasion. There was also plenty of food for everyone to enjoy during the busy week that saw approximately 50 kids in attendance. More importantly, many children came to know Jesus during the week.
